Mind Plays is a casual games and digital well-being app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, why it is used, where it is stored, and what choices you have.
Usage Access and notification permission are optional and are requested only for specific activities that need them. You can continue using the main app, games, and other activities without enabling those permissions.
By continuing to use Mind Plays, you acknowledge this policy.
Mind Plays saves gameplay and app preferences locally on your device, including scores, best scores, reward coins, selected game mode, sound setting, tutorial/progress states, reminder settings, and timer states.
Water reminders, sit/stand reminders, prayer reminders, and screen-time reminder preferences are stored locally so the app can schedule and manage your reminders.
The Screen Time Tracker is optional and requires Android Usage Access only if you choose to enable this feature. It is not required to continue using Mind Plays or to play games.
If you enable it, Mind Plays reads app usage events from your device to calculate screen time, daily totals, weekly totals, and the apps that used the most foreground time.
This data is used only for digital well-being insights and optional screen-time reminders. It is shown inside the app, resets with the weekly view, and is not uploaded to Mind Plays servers.
You can turn the tracker off inside the app and revoke Usage Access at any time from Android Settings.
Notification permission is optional and is used for app-related notifications and reminders you choose, including water breaks, sit/stand activity, prayer reminders, screen-time checkpoints, timer alerts, progress-related updates, and important app notices.
You can continue using the app, games, and activities that do not need notifications if you do not allow notification permission.
Notifications may use vibration and the app reminder sound. You can disable reminders in the app or turn off notification permission from Android Settings.
Mind Plays may use vibration by default for gameplay feedback, button feedback, timer events, reminder alerts, and notification actions. Vibration is used only as device feedback and does not collect, store, or share personal data.
Games and activities can still work if vibration is unavailable, disabled by the device, or restricted by system settings.
Mind Plays uses Google Mobile Ads, including banner, interstitial, native video, and rewarded ads. Google may collect or process data such as device identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, diagnostics, and other information needed for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where allowed.
Ad data is handled by Google according to Google's advertising and privacy policies. Mind Plays does not sell your personal information.
For score, ranking, leaderboards, and cloud save features, Mind Plays may use Google Play Games Services. If you sign in or enable these features, Google may process your Play Games profile information according to Google's terms and privacy policy.
Mind Plays will sync only gameplay details needed for these features: score, leaderboard/ranking progress, reward coins, avatar, and username. No screen-time usage data, reminder history, prayer settings, or unrelated personal data is synced through Play Games cloud save.
Mind Plays does not ask for access to your contacts, camera, photos, microphone, precise location, SMS, call logs, or financial information.
The app does not collect screen contents, typed text, messages, browsing history, or the content of other apps.
Data may be processed by third-party services only when needed for app functionality: Google Mobile Ads for advertising and Google Play Games Services for cloud save, scores, rankings, and leaderboards.
Local reminder and screen-time settings remain on your device unless a specific third-party feature described above requires processing.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall Mind Plays. Play Games cloud save data remains available according to your Google Play Games settings and Google account controls.
You can revoke Usage Access, notification permission, and ad personalization choices from your device or Google settings.
Mind Plays uses platform-provided storage and permissions to limit access to app data. No method of electronic storage is perfect, but the app is designed to keep optional screen-time insights local to your device.
